RESIDENCE AFFECTED BY BATHROOM WATER DAMAGE
A toilet overflowed in this residence, damaging the laminate flooring and bathroom walls. It was determined the carpet and carpet pad could not be repaired and was removed around the bathroom, bedroom, and closet. After we detected elevated moisture in the room, a dehumidifier was placed to help dry down the area. Next, asbestos testing was required before the work began due to the age of the establishment. Once the area was cleared, the tile flooring was replaced to fix cracks around the toilet area. Additionally, we removed the entry flooring and closet tack strips and sanitized all affected areas. Once the project was complete, the owner was pleased with the outcome.
