WATER SUPPLY LINE DAMAGE
When a water supply line from a dishwasher malfunctioned, SERVPRO was ready to repair the damages. After inspecting the site, it was determined that water coming from the hot supply line affected both the plaster walls and cabinets. The walls had been wet for over three days, and they needed to be removed to check for possible mold growth. Additionally, testing for lead and asbestos was necessary. Fortunately, the results came back negative, and demolition began. After prepping the area, the cabinets were detached and repairs began. We continued to monitor the area and took moisture readings. Once everything was fixed and was dry to standard, we removed the equipment, leaving the customer satisfied.
